- We got married in 1997 and we have a daughter through adoption, she was born in 2005. In 2004 I had a hysterectomy due to severe endometriosis, at that moment hotflashinmomma was born. ...so here I am, a thirty something in menopause loving my hubby and my baby and living the hot flashing dream.
